We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at skylafragrances@gmail.com

Exchange Shipping
To exchange your product, please email us for instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please make sure your address is correct

We currently ship only within Canada and the United States.

Carrier: UPS/Canada Post

S.K.Y.L.A Products will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment and will take 5-14 business days for Standard delivery anywhere within Canada and the United States. Please note that S.K.Y.L.A is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination.We will provide you with tracking by request. We make sure all packages are well protected from damage S.K.Y.L.A is not responsible for any damage that may have been caused by the carrier.

If shipping and handling costs are actually less than what you've paid, I'll credit the difference to your credit card.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

S.K.Y.L.A cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package. All applicable charges must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. S.K.Y.L.A can’t tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges can vary from country to country. It’s a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order so you don’t receive any unexpected charges.

By law, all items must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees.

If you wish to refuse your delivery, you will still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to S.K.Y.L.A.  If the fees exceed the amount of your order including shipping costs, the parcel will be destroyed and will not be exchanged.
